A few days ago I watched my daughter laughing in the sunshine as I taught her to blow her first dandelion.
A special little moment in life I will always carry. There is such innocence, such joy and such beauty in the smallest things.
"The dandelion is called the rustic oracle; its flowers always open about 5 A.M. and shut at 8 P.M., serving the shepherd for a clock." Source: Folkard (448. 309), from "The Child and Childhood in Folk-Thought," by Alexander F. Chamberlain
